SALON POLICIES

No extra people or children are allowed during your appointment unless they are being serviced or a parent of a minor child.

 

No outside food is allowed in the salon. We do provide snacks and drinks to our guests.

 

Services are provided to children as long as they are able to sit for the duration of their appointment.

 

Please arrive with your hair fully detangled and ready to be shampooed. Failure to do so will result in a $15 per 15 minute detangling fee.

 

Consultations are required before booking any color services. Any color services booked without having a consultation prior will be canceled.

 

All new clients are required to pay a $25 non-refundable booking fee. This fee will go towards your appointment.

LATE POLICIES.

All clients are given a 15 minute grace period. After the 15 minutes your appointment may need to be rescheduled and you will be charged 50% of your service fee. If we are still able to service you, you will be charged a $10 late fee.

NO CALL NO SHOW

No call No Shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. All services are non-refundable. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your service please let us know within 24 hours. If there was a mistake from the service provider. We will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. Corrective services will need to be scheduled within a week of the initial service.

COVID POLICIES

Everyone is required to wear a mask in the salon.• The salon door is locked. Please text when you arrive and we will let you know when it is ok to enter. (Upon arrival, please wait in your vehicle and send us a text. We now have a “Virtual Lobby” where you check-in via text.)• No extra people or children are allowed during your appointment unless they are being serviced or parent of a minor child.
